*In my case, individual effort on the reporting end was everything. It was &lt;br /&gt;
extremely difficult to get help, and even paying for help did not succeed. &lt;br /&gt;
So (1) would be: How do you build and sustain an organization that doesn&amp;#039;t &lt;br /&gt;
depend on one person&amp;#039;s effort? That would be (2) and (3) as well!&lt;br /&gt;

web sites.  Can&amp;#039;t say it&amp;#039;s a success yet.  We are encouraged by the number &lt;br /&gt;
of participants in jounalism workshops so far.&lt;br /&gt;
