Managing Digital Disruption in Libraries, Schools and Workplaces

Here is a a partial list of participants in "From Ranganathan to Read/Write: Managing Digital Disruption in Libraries, Schools and Workplaces," a day-long symposium Wed., Nov. 6, 2013, in the contemporary, open spaces of the year-old, $75-million College of Pharmacy Building on the University of Rhode Island's Kingston campus. Registration is free and lunch is included.

Mini bio: Jun Yan

Jun Yan received the B.S. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 2011, and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Rhode Island, USA, in 2013. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering at University of Rhode Island, USA. His research interest includes smart grid security analysis, computational intelligence and machine learning. He works with the Laboratory of Computational Intelligence and Self-Adaptive Systems (CISA).
