There are at least 10 restaurants within a few blocks walk of the Domain Hotel on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, right at the Santa Clara line. In addition, the hotel has a restaurant which will be opened on Friday night especially for NewsTools2008 attendees.
Preferred venue on Friday night: Domain in-house restaurant
The Domain Hotel's brand-new, in-house restaurant will be opened on Friday evening exclusively for NewsTools2008 attendees and is the recommended gathering spot for dinner. The menu is informal and reasonably priced and fatured special beers, wines, small plates, sandwiches and salads plus entrees like ribs, penne marinara, salmon and chicken.
