"The New Pamphleteers: Entrepreneurs, watchdogs and citizens in the digital age"

The Media Giraffe Project has completed a 70-minute video intended to inspire potential citizen journalists to action. It covers topics such as motivations, ownership, impact, education, diversity, marketing and lessons in the voices of speakers at the June 29-July 1 MGP2006 summit in Amherst, as well on-location clips from MGP interviews and other sources. JTM-DC participants are invited to view a free screening of the video at 11 a.m. on Tues., Aug. 7 on the Fourth Floor of the MPA building at GWU.

To help plan for room headcount and screen arrangements, please add your name below in planning to attend. The video will end about 12:15 p.m. If you indicate below that you would like a box lunch, bring $10 and we'll have a couple of sandwich choices for you.
