Rafting / kayaking on the Deerfield River (Charlemont, Mass.)

Zoar Outdoor has arranged a beginner-river rafting trip for Saturday afternoon, July 1, especially for Media Giraffe summit attendees. On Saturday, July 1, Zoar Outdoors (413-337-8436) is arranging an afternoon kayak trip that meets at their basecamp (about 40 minutes northwest of UMass) at 1:45 p.m. On Sunday, July 2, you can choose between two sections of the Deerfield River. Both trips meet at 10:30 a.m. at the Zoar base in Charlemont, Mass. Reservations are necessary.

To reserve space on these trips, put your name on this wiki page. If four or more people signup by Thursday, we'll arrange transportation to and from Charlemont.
